I used to, but there are too many people out there that like to be hurtful and insulting, so I stopped using them. There are so many other things on the 'Net to do without going into the chatrooms, sorry. Thanx for your input.

I don't use them either. Most of those people have nothing better to do then sit around and say rude things to people they don't even know. It kind of remind's me of how high school was.

I like them, I hate them.
I have meet my current girl friend on a chat room that I visited once over three years ago. Of course she was just on my freinds list for that long we never actually talked until two months ago. Chat rooms are fun when you get into a click. I find if fun when you hang out with the same people over and over. You can get to know people and grow friendships when your a "regular". However, unless you have alot of time and you find others who have alot of time at the same time as you such a click is hard to find.
I don't like chat rooms because they can be a waist of time if your in the wrong room or just not on at the right time.

I tried to get into them a few times. But everytime I was in one it was full of people talking dirty to each other!
I was like, "where are the intelligent people looking for intelligent conversation"? It seems nonexistant.
This site however has been a bright spot among it all. Sure there are a still a few immature and ignorant people, but for the most part it's a venue I enjoy!

I have went in the chat rooms a few times,and people are very rude.I never take it to heart what people say in there.The thing that I don't like is guys who think you are in there to talk to them about sex,and won't leave you alone.I also can't stand those bots in there either.

i feel the same way u do, but i realize that it the same if i was walking down the street they would do the same thing. so it's just life, relax, and don't let dumb ppl get to u.
