I heard that young men in Philadelphia that shoot and kill people like to brag about how many bodies they got?

When they shot and kill someone's mother or 5-year-old, do they include those in the counting of their body-getting? One young man on my block shot 3 people but the only one he killed was the mother of 2 kids. Do you suppose he sits in prison bragging about that body-count?
