I don't know if this product is out there for sale yet, but here's some info on it anyway. You can get PCMCIA TV tuner/capture cards, but this product looks like it's geared toward gaming.

Nope you're pretty much stuck with whats in the laptop and the link the person before me posted is a concept which may or may not ever see the light of day.
