My husband and I have been ttc for a while and my doctor has put me on clomid. The first month i was on 50 mg, days 5-9. The doctor has now put me on days 3-7 with 100 mg. I was wondering if anyone has had success with this?

I had luck with Clomid and now have a healthy and active 2 year old. I had to take it for 2 cycles and then conceived my son. I know some that have luck with only one treatment, and I also know someone that was on Clomid for almost a year. I was very discouraged when I did not have luck with it the first time around, but sure enough I did have luck with the Clomid the second month and I do believe that it was 100 mg as well.

Good luck.

I was placed on 50 mg of clomid on days 5-9 as well. It was followed by a shot of Novarel. This plan worked for me and we are currently 6 weeks pregnant. Good luck.

I was on clomid for 9 month's, no success, my (ex) hubby's sperm count was high, I had all the testing done to see if there wasn't any blockage in tube's, etc, etc, you name it, I had ALL the testing done, clomid just didnt work for me. I had to take a shot, with about 4 other medication's I was taking, I had to have 3 IUI's to get pregnant as well.
Good Luck

Clomid can work. If you have both been tested for any abnormalities, and the Dr knows that your ovaries are working and there are no blockage in your tubes, and if your husbands sperm has been tested and there is no question if his sperm count is high enough, then Yes, clomid should work!

Good Luck!

Getting baby in treatment is a kind of Lotto. Clomid is success for some and not for some. Make Love for pleasure and stop worrying for getting baby. When u think that the hormones will change and it will affect ur whole system , Be happy. Are u monitiring with Clomid cycles and which clinic are u seeing if u post that and if they r not good someone can help u with that.
