Some women, after they go through menopause, get some facial hair as a result of lowered estrogen levels in their bodies. Not all women get this, however. It's usually hereditary.

it is all hormone related. I never had it until my first pregnancy, now I have about 10 black hairs on my neck and jaw line that are "regulars" that I have to constantly look for.
I am now 23, it started when I was 20!

its usually because of a change in hormones or they have an excess of testosterone. It happens in young women too. when it happens see a doctor or take estrogen pills. that can help balance out the hormones and form an equilibrium
