Are you needing it so they can call or write for a reference or so you can just fill in the space? If it is the first use the address you worked at but give the name & number of a supervisor or someone who can verify you worked there. If they no longer exist they won't be able to verify the address you gave them anyway and being someone who use to do hiring and interviewing, they usually don't check. Just tell them on the application or in the interview they closed and offer co-worker info if possible or needed.

The library also has a book that has a census list for businesses. It will give the name of the company, business owner, size of company, etc. These books are listed by the year.

Check your library for an old phone book, and see if their listed.

It should be reported for Social Security or the Unemployment Agency in your state should have it in your records.
