most of the time you don't feel any symptoms of pregnancy until 4 - 6 weeks, but that's on average... some woman can tell earlier and some a little later then others because that's how there bodies works. if you think that you are pregnant, take a pregnancy test wen you are due for your next period and if it comes back negative take another in a few days or leave it for another week. if you need to go and see a doctor and they will explain anything that you may not understand

I new with in a week. My breasts became very tender and I was hungry all the time. It is differnet with everyone. The books publish the average and most are written by men who have never been pregnant. If you are feeling symptoms then do a test. If you are not feeling symptoms and aren't sure if you are pregnant then wait until the appropriate time to do a test. In the meantime don't drink , take over the counter medications or prescription medications that may cause harm.

You can feel symptoms just after conception(1week)and then some don't feel them until later. All depends on the woman!
Early signs of pregnancy:
Spotting
Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom
These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs

yes it's different for every woman and varies with pregnancies. my first one i didnt know until i was losing it. the second, i had signs at 2 weeks. my current pregnancy i started noticing probably between weeks 2 and 3. i was more fatigued, tender breasts, definitely moody...i'm just now starting to get morning sickness, i'm going on week 7.
i would think it differs with how in tune with your body you are. usually women who are TTC notice small changes more quickly.

Technically, when you're only one week , you're not even pregnant yet. They base duedates on 40 weeks from your last period, and you usually ovulate 2 weeks after you get it, so you would be 4 weeks when your period is due.
