I'd go for red flats... and also wear a red belt. Red stands out :)
But what you want to wear sounds cute anyway but just think of the above :)

Sounds alright except if the top was solid white (i dunno, is it?) a more colorful pair of shoes would make ur outfit vibrant (I'm talking a smashing red pair of flats!)
