Can two 100% identical twins be distinguish for one another?

The object or self, is it's self and so can't be distinguished from itself.

The definition of a word may not rely on the word being defined. Likewise, anything distinguishable from itself is not a singular entity but is something more and still reducible to being only itself and nothing else.
Distinguishable is the quality of being able to be shown or found to be singular and different from all others.
