Do you mean triangles [which are two dimensional] or pyramid shapes [which are square based with triangular sides]? If you are drawing triangles then simply draw squares or rectangles in the plane that you want the triangles to be in. Then find the centre point of one side and join lines to this point from each corner of the opposite side of the square or rectangle. Erase the other lines and you will have triangles in that plane.
If you want pyramids in 3d perspective then draw the square base on the ground plane. Create a square or rectangular form
to the height you want. Now on the top of this form find the centre of the top by drawing the diagonals from each corner. Now from the three visible corners of the base extend a line to this centre point and you have a square based pyramid in 3D. Practice on some scrap paper before you attempt this on your final drawing.
This is rough freehand perspective. Drawing to scale is too difficult to describe here . You would need to refer to a text book.

You do not need a good art teacher or years of practice. Honestly, if you are determined enough you can become a high level artist within a year. To answer your question about drawing from your head, you must visualize what you are going for. Then you proceed with drawing it. Now the drawings result may come out different but that's where practice comes in. If you grow impatient then drawing might not be something you should do.

The TriForce is Triangular.
If you were doing a 3-D Triangle, do a 90 degree angle, then make a longer line about 45 degrees jutting out. Then draw connecting lines that intersect at the far point of the 45 degree line fro the end points of the two other lines that formed the 90 degree angle..

One view would just look like a triangle.
The top view from above would be a straight line the same lenght as the width of the triangle.
The other view would from the side and it too would be a straight line but it's length would be the same as the height of the triangle.

Consider the perspective that has dominance over the triangle to be drown and use that.
