Funny you should say that, bp2. I was sitting here debating between Troy and A Nightmare On Elm Street! They're sitting right in front of me. How funny!

I have over 800 movies so I know the kind of dilemma you are in; sadly 85% are kids movies.

Depending on your mood I would go with Troy...nothing beats Brad with no shirt unless you are watching with an insecure male. Shrek has always been one of me favorites but then again some of the oldies that are always funny; something like Austin Powers 1,2, or 3 or Grumpy Old Men or maybe even Meet the Fockers. Want a scare I would pick a Nightmare on Elm Street....
Good Luck picking and ENJOY !!!

How about a double feature?

Blazing Saddles and Young Frankenstein

Monty Python and the Holy Grail and Life of Bryon

Bicentennial Man and Ocean's Eleven (Mark Wahlberg version)

Casablanca and To Have and Have Not

How about watching all 3 movies in "The Lord of the Rings" series or maybe some of the Star War movies?

My fall back movie is always Evil Dead 2: Dead by Dawn. It has the perfect blend of comedy and horror. Plus, you know, Bruce Campbell is awesome.

Otherwise, The Princess Bride is always a good choice.

Edit: Now, that's just not fair. Yahoo made me sign back in, and now I look like I'm copying someone. Try The Re-Animator, Jeffery Combs rules too.

Stroker Ace is my favorite movie.

But I think that what you ought to do is pick an actor/actress at random and then watch everything that person is in. It should prove interesting. Try... Topher Grace or Adam Brody.
