Of course, your wife's anatomy is only a problem if she feels it is. It sounds perfectly delightful to me.
You've hit upon one of the reasons that male and female circumcision ever took root in superstitious societies. It was believed by some that the clitoris was a somewhat male feature on a female and it had to be stunted or it would lead to trouble.
Likewise, the opening of the skin tube at the end of the male prepuce was thought to be the manifestation of a female spririt trying to harm the male, so it had to be lopped off. Otherwise, the boy may not grow to be a proper fertile man.
Fortunately, we now have the benefit of scientific inquiry. Not one national health organization or medical society in the world recommends any form of routine genital mutilation, and most roundly condemn male and female circumcision in no uncertain terms (see link).

Question: did it ever occur to you that after giving birth her vagina might not have the same elasticity it did before hand? If she was indeed sown up by an "amateur" and she is unhappy with the job then of course she should see a recommended professional to correct the problem. As for you, I do not suggest telling your wife that you "can't face having sex with her." That will for sure put a permanent cramp in your marriage. If you two cannot have an adult conversation about this without making her feel inadequate or at fault, I suggest you have some counseling. And on a further note, just because you describe yourself as "well hung" doesn't mean that you have girth. I find it extremely hard to believe that your wife's private parts are "massive" because you say you rarely touch the sides...you CAN have sex with her... you just choose not to.

A woman's clitoris is like a man's penis only inside the body. When excited it does become erect.

Wow, what a lucky woman! There is a possibility that she could be a hermaphrodite, someone who has characteristics of both sex organs. This does not mean that she is part male, her chromosomes would show that. I really don't see how it would be a problem, but you should read up on it to better understand it.

Since this is in the ttc section I'm assuming your asking if it could cause a problem when ya'll are trying to get pregnant. I doubt it since the clit has nothing to do with getting pregnant. Good luck.
