Hair, Teeth and Nails are great indicators as to how well a woman takes care of herself.
Breasts are great but how the legs and butt go, the rest goes. Meaning a woman can have great breasts but not take care of herself. Impossible to say that about the butt and legs.
Whether or not she smiles. If she laughs. How much make-up she has on (less is more). How she smells. How she moves. Her breath. How her clothes fit.

You can't get by a beautiful smile. When you meet a woman with that the breasts take a back seat - for awhile. Then you have to check out the rest of package.

I look at her face and her smile first. I also love a nice butt and legs as well. But what really attracts me is her charm and personality the most.
