Instead of pointing fingers, please tell us what can be done. Our children are not safe going to school, or playing outside. I would really like to stop thinking about the 5-year-old girl that got shot and killed here in Philadelphia today. Please help?

I truly don't know why. A 2 year old was shot in Birmingham as it lay in bed, and it died. Black on black crime.
