She just got married and I am tired of paying. Should I go to court to stop it and spend 3000, or just stop? I have the kids and she has not paid me any child support as was spelled out in the divorce decree..

This all depends. If your alimony is coming right out of your check, you have to petition the court for it to be stopped, while you are there, file a contempt for non-payment of child support, even if you don't need it...it's for the children. If you are just paying in, stop paying, contact the court system, provide them proof that she has remarried and your obligation will end.

Go to court. Ask for cesstation of alimony AND back child support.!! She should STILL be paying child support until the child graduates college. Good luck to you sir.

You should approach her with it and see what she says.
Remind her that she hasn't been paying child support and that if you go to court then you will request it.
You are DUE BACK child support and if you tell her that I'm sure she'll agree.
The judge would probably call it even..

Is their anything in your divorce that states how long you will pay? If she marries??

You need legal advice, and it should not take $3K to get. I think you have the RIGHT to stop; read your divorce agreement. Moreover, you can sue her for the child support she owes you. But don't make any decision until you have legal clearance, or she'll have your *** in court and WIN!
