i just got my cell phone and it has an option for blue tooth..i just wanted to know what it does. thanks a million!

bluetooth is the best thing to have on you phone, it lets you send.recieve information ( pic's, video's etc.. ) to/from another bluetooth device ( another phone or pc ) for free , you could also use the bluetooth hands free . it works kinda like a infrared ! but better.

it is an option that allows u to send or recive anything with other devices that support bluetooth for free for example u can send and get pics, music and whatever u want from ur friends cell phone. just turn it on and send what u want but remmember that u should be around 10 meter with other devices for it to work it is like infrared but u dont need to face ur phone directily to other phone

well, you first buy a bluetooth head set. When you get that, it allows you to talk on it without having to open your phone and use your hands. It's pretty simple too! Just put it on your ear and whenever you get a call, press the button and you can immediately answer the phone! It's really easy!

It is for use with a blue tooth headset. It is one of those annoying devices you see people wearing around their heads, usually people that are 16 years old in malls talking to their mothers.

You can use it to transfer pictures to/from other cell phones with bluetooth feature. I guess you can transfer mp3 as well if your cell can store music. Why don't you read the cell phone's manual?

bluetooth is a form of link between your phone and another blue tooth compatable device.....i have a blue tooth handsfree unit in the car....basically it enables me to speak hands free and the phone and unit comminicate with no wires......hope that makes sense

Allows you to talk hands free...............you connect it to your ear and then you don't have to have your phone up to your ear. Kinda like if you were taking someone's order in a drive thru: would you like fries with that shake big sista?.......LOL
Or when you see people walking toward you and they're talking and you think: who in the heck are hey talking to, me? Then you realize they have a bluetooth!
Have one and have never used it! Suppose it's good if you have to have your hands free!

It sends microwave signals from your phone to your headset wirelessly. In the process it is frying your brain cells but it is neat! ;)

my sisters ex has one, and he looks ridiculous.
Hes this 17 year old kid with this blue thing in his ear and he just struts around wearing it. its really horrible.
him and his brother have one.
