I'm going to a friend's homecoming this Saturday and I need a really good dress, but that's cheap. Any ideas of where I can look?

I would second checking Ross and another similar store is Marshall's. It's hit or miss what they have... but sometimes they have really nice dresses for cheap! I know several people that have gotten dresses from Ross for $20-$40.

Ross or Value City, depending on where you live. They both have stunning gowns.. but you have to dig! After all, the fun is the hutn. If you dress them up with expensive jewelry and nice strappy heels, no one will be the wiser!

Look in the Salvation Army thrift store...I buy lots of clothes there usually for just a few dollars each.............

Try www.freecycle.org for your city. Read the guidelines but you can post wanted items as well as give your stuff away for free.
