You can have mp3 rigntones, but it will not work as a mp3 player.

There is a V3 and a V3i
V3 = No MP3 player (MP3 Ringtones only)
V3i = MP3 player and MP3 Ringtones

I think it depends on your razr, I have the pink razr and i can use mine as an MP3 player, cause it has a memory card slot to store the music.

if you have the new V3i it has mp3 in it with a1gb card can load up 750 songs

uncertain how the razor works, yet with my Blackberry, you could hook up your telephone on your comp with the USB cable that could desire to have been coated, in case you could no longer positioned songs without postpone on your telephone's memory, you may get a micro SD card.
