Start a campaign to have everyone buy a small, stuffed teddy bear and bring it to the pep rally. At a certain point (pre-determined) have everyone throw their teddy bears down on the gym floor!! Have the football players collect them in plastic garbage bags and arrange to take them to a local shelter or childrens hospital or Ronald McDonald house. What a Lift THAT will give your school!!
