There are many people who cannot accept the randomness of life. Its easier for them to believe that there was some grand government conspiracy instead of the truth that a handful of patient zealots can pull off something like this.
If they were to believe the truth they'd have to admit that they could die in the next attack. That scares them silly.
If they convince themselves that it was a grand government conspiracy they can tell themselves that they're safe since they've done nothing to make the government want to get them.

Loose Change would quickly fade in the minds of many people if the government would allow further investigation. Too many questions left unanswered by the 9/11 report allow the makers of Loose Change to laugh all the way to the proverbial bank. If the government has nothing to hide, why worry?
Well at least that's what I'm told on Y!A about the government tapping our phones.....

Because there are idiots that want to believe in any conspiracy that has to do with our government.. which is understandable but do a little research (just use a search engine) before you take something like that and run with it.
*Edit*
Are you serious GratefulD??
Let's start with the simple fact that they claim there were no real victims (besides the NY PD and the Firefighters). Tell that to the many people that don't have their fathers/mothers/brothers/sisters, etc anymore.
*rolls eyes*
And if that's not enough, check out this site:

Ok, since youve obviously got all the answers, show me some of these "factual inaccuracies" then. Its all nice and fun to throw around phrases like that with no proof, but it gets tougher when someone like me asks you to back it up. So go ahead. Lets see em.

It is much like that program on ABC it was a drama based on events. People should watch these shows and veiw them as entertainment. But millions tune into Rush Limbaugh every day and hang on his every word, go figure.

People are gullible and many were just looking for an excuse. Some still can let it go.

Those Dems are WAY too impressionable. They bought Fahrenheit 9/11, too.
