I have the same problem.
Exercise seems to work. And avoiding alcohol. Caffeine is good.
There is hope though. And my sex drive seems to have improved now I've found my long lost sweet heart.

it takes awhile to get used to the meds. your sex drive should start to come back after a month.If not then have your doctor to try you on something else.You will never get your sex drive to the point it was before you went on the meds. the main side effect is sexual
