does yahoo have a support team to help with site problems i'm unable to join spades games now it's been a wk

i had no problems with getting into any spade lobby until about a wk ago i'm using windows 98, was wondering was there a recent update if so i was affected in a bad way and hopefully there is a fix i can get into lobbies at times but i'm unable to type, join or start a game.plz help thank you

yes new things from yahoo along with many bugs,i will list what will help you the most.in order try these things.log on to yahoo mail or messenger 1st then go to games. games section is having log in problems.this will bypass my yahoo page poping up when you log in.set pop up blocker to always allow games.yahoo.com The easiest way to do this when you try getting in lounge and it doesn't work.click on pop up blocker. always allow tab it will say recent pop ups blocked.high light yahoo.com then click allow.1st thing you do when you get in lounge is check small windows in options box.once in room make sure you expand it to see chat area.you only see half of cards but you can still play.this gets rid of the ads.
you need java for games,but not to open them,if you have microsoft VM. go to start button,settings,, control panel open internet options advance tab,scroll down to see if microsoft vm is there if so unclick the 2 java listed. Make sure JIT is checked, click apply then ok. close.this lets msn vm launch games. this will SPEED UP game loading time. this last thing helps with lag and freezing up.increase your memory by..going to start button,settings, control panel,system, advance tab,performance,advance tab,virtual memory,change,make it 526kb or higher,click apply then ok. good luck in your games.

Make sure your pop up blocker isn't on blocking it. If it's on disable it. Also check to see which Java you are using. Go to your browser then at the top on the tool bar choose tools then click on internet options then advanced. Look for Microsoft VM on the list and make sure JIT compiler for virtual machine is enabled. That worked for me. I hope it helps!
