Could you handle any aspect of being cold?
Such as an ice cold shower or an ice water dousing especially after a sauna!

Cold shower after a sauna is awesome--that is living.
But having to live in snow and ice day after day--no way, therefore-- I am a wimp.
I admit it.

Yes, have you not ever experienced the affects of plunging into ice cold water? At first it is breath taking and then your body loves it. When you get out, you feel so new, refreshing and tingly.

i am asked and expected to do and take more than you'll ever try in your life. but yes, i am a wimp when it comes to many things.
