Yepper, I'll agree with the URL provided by the Charlotte, NC lead. With a lousy 4 buildings & yeller flowers, it wasn't much to go on! But neither is the URL because that picture isn't on any Yahoo! page I can find! 8-{ But if she's bluffin, she should be at a poker table rakin it in! The way she so confidently came up with the explaination of the 'solution' seems like the 'best answer' to me. Besides, I only spent about an hour in Charlotte & wouldn't recognize those 4 buildings til they fell on me! And why would she pick NC out of the clear blue sky unless she was so sure? Congratulations answer girl! :o)) You got my thumbs up! I never vote for 'best answers' usually without an accompanying URL to 'qualify' a responce! Party on Garth! ;-)

Joeschmo:
The CORRECT answer is Los Angeles, California. The large flat building in the foreground is the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, and the tall, thin one way in the back is City Hall. The photographer is standing near what is called "the four level interchange" where Interstate 110 crosses US 101.He is looking toward the east.

Just wanted to clarify...it's definitely NOT Seattle. I agree with most on here that it's Charlotte.
