How are the assets divided? IF married for 30 years? And own a business that was started 6 years ago?

Unless there is a prenup, everything is going to be split right down the middle. Everything you have is marital property, or obtained during the marriage. Before you file, make sure you have all the assets accounted for. I've heard one too many stories of how spouses start hiding assets during a divorce. Wish you luck on getting your fair share!
