how would you define a bully?

to me, a bully is someone who intentionally hurts someone unfairly. a bully is someone who doesn't have a fair or legitimate explanation as to why they're bullying someone. bullies a lot of the time take power over you if you let them. people usually bully out of jealousy or their own personal suffering. bullies hate nothing more than to see their target happy and in control of their own life. so if you want to get revenge on a bully, be happy and do not worry about them. it's the worst thing you could ever do, because it's frustrating for them. they want to control you and rob you of your life and happiness, and if they see they aren't doing that, then they probably won't like it.

You hit the nail on the head! Many a times if bullies do not get control of their bullying, it can lead to other major problems. You hear so often on the news about murders and rapes. Are they bullies? Also, those who are bullied may act out in revenge. For example, Columbine. I also watched a documentary about 9-11 and they said that Osama Binladin (not sure on the spelling of his name, but I'm sure you know who I'm talking about) was shy and was often bullied as a kid.

that is a great definition of a bully...i was bullied as a child and looking back on it i can see that they were just sad people who wanted to make me feel bad to make themselves feel good, bullying should end and i wish there was a way we could because that way things like teen suicide and columbine wouldnt happen
