best view of the lake is right on the lake, on the south side, from 71st to 76th. cheaper than the north side, too. The only real closeup view from there would be lake point towers, if you can afford it.

a view of the city or the lake or both. depends on what you want to look at.and how far you want to be from work. And how much you want to spend. Or which parks and stuff you want to be around.Transportation is easy buses,trains, cabs and just walking.see if you cant find some places on the web that have web cams
