Can pin point a certain Country for it's skills at soccer but i would have to go with Brazil for they have ALWAYS qualified for the FIFA World Cup year after year.
England should be good as they are the ones who started the beautiful game! However, they have not been showing their best in these recent years.
Italy is good for it's own reasons - none other than its defence. They pretty much can't do anything else but that.. no offence
The French are good in skills and tactics but they dont shine as bright when it comes to team work.
Personally, I would think the Germans are great soccer players. As soccer has never been such a big thing until the recent World Cup. The present national team shows team work, understanding, agility, and strong tactics! But they aren't the best tho...
According to the world ranking, Brazil is 1st followed by the Italians tailing on second!

Brazil and France which should have won against Italy in the final of the world cup. Also recently France won 3-0 against Italy for Euro qualifiers.

France and Germany are gotta be the best in soccer because they are maintaining their image after the World Cup but Italy after winning the World Cup is dying in EURO 08 qualifiers.

Brazil.
They have 5,000 Brazillians playing professionally OUTSIDE of Brazil. That doesn't include the guys playing pro in Brazil.
They have won more World Cups than anybody else, and they are freaks with a ball at thier feet.
And they don't cheat as much as Italians (but they are still ****ing soft****s who dive)

the answer is most likely to be Italy becausse soccer originated in Italy and then it moved on and spread to other countries but they made up the rules and everything
