i have never been there before and i saw pics and ppl say its beautiful and i want to move there i would like to buy an apartment in miami beach. can you please help me and tel me around how much the cost and is it safe? how is miami like to i need to know spanish? feel free to tell me anything u want to about miami!

Miami is very safe. Living room on the Beach is very expensive, however; consider living somewhere else. You do not need to know Spanish, although it IS a fun language to learn. Miami is very beautiful, and there are many places to visit.
Additional Info: There are some pretty crazy drivers down in Miami, so be careful on the roads!

Miami is not very safe unlike the person above me mentioned. Depending on where you live. Allapattah and Overtown are really bad neighborhoods and can be very dangerous at night. Kendall is a decent area and much safer than other parts of Miami. In Miami it is a very big plus if you speak spanish. It isn't required, but it isn't uncommon to go to McDonald's and the person behind the counter doesn't speak english.
Miami is cool if you want to live here for a year or so. I really suggest not to move here permentatly. An appartment in the beach is very expensive. I mean like 800-900 for a one bedroom.

You should visit any place before you decide to move there. Miami has some very diverse and frankly some very weird neighborhoods. You CAN live at reasonable cost on SoBe, but you'll get what you pay for: Low prices will get small apartments in old buildings on less desirable blocks away from the beach. But it's all pretty safe. Knowing Spanish helps, but neighborhoods vary in their Latinness.
