You can use propecia or a shampoo called Nioxin. Their are other products like Rogaine. To be honest most of these only slow down the balding process, if you are going to be bald theirs really not too much you can do. Your options are spending alot of money your whole life to slow the process or accepting baldness and using the money you would spend on products on something like a vacation.

i have been using nioxin, almost 6 months nothing is changed actually it got worsen, and the best thing is use baby shampoo, it is cheap and more gentle for the thining hair so it can remove the oil from your hair. don't pay money to nioxin or others all bull c**p they try to rip u off.
