When they say no the next time you ask, ask them if you could go to a Fifty Cent concert and show them some of his song lyrics. That'll snap them in shape ;D
I'm sure it costs a FORTUNE, but if you really like them, you will remember the concert for a while. Axl isn't going to be around forever! I still have the Ringo Starr concert from 3 years ago burned into my mind.
Tell your parents that you will pay them back. Oh, and make sure an adult is going with you, because any kind of concert can attract a lot of mean drunks.
