in excel how to create a picklist?

when I attempted to create a template for a queationaire ,for a particular question ,I wanted to include a picklist; now I want to know how to create that picklist?

check the help files for drop down menu

Turn on the forms toolbar and then draw in a dropdown list.

The easiest method would be to use Data Validation.
