Apparently the missionary position (man on top) is the best position for getting pregnant. It helps if you put a little pillow under your hips to elevate them. Afterwards, lay on your back with your feet propped up on something for at least 10 minutes. This keeps everything from spilling out and also helps it slide towards the cervix.

I had to take meds to start my period, then clomid after a certain period of time, (this was 9 years ago and 3 children so I apologize for not remembering details) anyway, within 6 months I found out I was preg -on my birthday. I had sex missionary and held my legs up above my head after, toes against the wall above the headboard. My spouse held my rump up a bit to help keep it all inside. After that my system kicked in and I didn't need them again. Good luck , hon. In my prayers.

I took this drug for 1 year and the best way I found was to lay on your back with a pillow under the buttocks/hip area. Make sure a dr is keeping an eye on you, this medication can overstimulate your ovaries and cause pain and other problems. So, I hope that your gyn is seeing you monthly to monitor you.

clomid is very effective when taken properly and you actually need it and as far as positions missionary is always the best to conceive or any other position where sperm will not run out for at least 30 minutes good luck

Very effective and lie on your back for 20 min after having sex and that is one of the best ways to ensure pregnancy. You could also tilt your hips up after sex. With a pillow.

i have been taking it for 3 months and found out that I am now 6 weeks pg. The main thing to remember is relax, it will happen when you least expect it. Dont have sex to make a baby, have it because thats what you want to do.

Girl dont stress out, just do all positions with him on top or behind you, let him get behind you so it can go deeper, the sperm will go further.
