Star Trek - The Trouble With Tribbles (it's just so silly and trippy)
Next Generation - The Naked Now (there's something in the air that makes everyone act intoxicated, HILARIOUS)
Next Generation - QPid (Q makes the crew go through this Robin Hood fantasy. Highlights: Worf says, "I am NOT a merry man!" and Data gets shot with an arrow but plucks it right out)
Next Generation - All Good Things (when Picard sits down to play poker with his crew, I actually cried)
Didn't really get into Deep Space Nine or Voyager, but I liked Enterprise. Don't have a favorite from it though.

My personal faves on the Original 60s Star Trek are (in no particular order...,
* Miri
* Mudd's Women
* Charlie X
* Tomorrow is Yesterday
* A Piece of the Action
* Patterns of Force
* All Our Yesterdays
* This Side of Paradise
* Assignment Earth
I love lots more episodes but these are the cream of the crop.

Any of the old television episodes,(were the best),and the Star Trek movies.Kinda lost inerest in it when The Next Generation series came out and the Deep Space Nine series was a waste.
Its hard to beat the original.

Anything with the Borg practically in the NG series.
For the old series, the Gorn Lizard duel, the Romulan Warbird duel in space, and "City on the Edge of Forever", come quickly to mind.

From the original, I'd say The Doomday Machine. From the Next Generation, the one where Data lies so the aliens won't destroy the Enterprise.

#105, the enemy within
love that one, when a transporter malfunction splits the captain into a good Kirk, who can't command very well, and an evil Kirk, who makes passes at Janice Rand and manipulates the crew. love it lol

"Everything I say is a lie.
In fact, I'm lying to you right now."
Harcourt Fenton Mudd
From TNG, the episode when Q was introduced.
