you might rinse more when washing your hair, o it might be causing these rashes......if they continue stop using this product and use another kind........

It could be THAT shampoo. Quit using it for a week or two and see if it improves. If it does, you found the problem.

There might be something in the shampoo that your skin in your scalp is allergic to.

you may have dandruff and need to use head and shoulders
