now he says no house,cause thats what his lawyer says,I am now only getting the interest on the principle,plus I had to leave my home.The home was sold and I still have no house.What can I do?

Depends on what the conditions of the person leaving the inheritance has stated for one thing. If they have put a stipulation on the age and you are not that age you can't do anything until then. Also, I believe that once you touch it you will have to pay taxes on it. Also, if any back taxes were owed or outstanding bills they can take it out of the assets including selling the home to get them. I would find out from your lawyer the reason for this. And if he can't make it clear to you, I would fire him and hire a new lawyer who can.

Sue the Trustee for advising you that the funds could be released to you without first checking to make sure that was true.

check with probate courts and get you an attorney sounds fishy
