I´m not American that ´s why I ask I read in a book somewhere that´s the meaning of that IS THAT TRUE?

It's this sort of vague stereotype, don't feel bad. Americans know "white trash" when they see it, but I doubt we could define it. Poor is the only part of your description that goes with mine, the next part of mine would be uneducated, and then it would come down to physical attributes. The women are the ones I encounter, too tight jeans, beer coozies, cigarette purses, turquoise jewelry, tatoos and lost teeth. It's a really vague description, it's just a matter of breeding...

It can be true, yes. But just because someone is lower class does not define them as white trash.
Here is my definition:
White trash are people that are usually rude, ignorant, and narrow minded toward others. They do not care about their personal appearence or the appearance of their living space. They constantly yell at their children, usually named Bubba or Brandy Jane. They do not present themselves well at all. Traits associated with white trash are: smoking, drinking, junky vehicles, swearing, bad manners, rebel flags, mullets, NASCAR, 80 different nick-nacks on the front lawn/porch, unemployed, dirty nasty/missing teeth, incest, and loudness. These are just a few that come to mind. "White Trash" families usually do have lower incomes, but they can be rich too. Its just a self presentation that makes a difference.
The Jerry Springer show is a prime example...

White trash is more of a "personality", than of a financial class. I've known many wealthy white trash and just as many poor people who had class.

The real definition is = A person of white heritage who has little or no education, morals, money, manners, hygeine, taste, and lacks the desire to ever have these things
