vietnam is joining wto this 10th Oct. will laptop prices come down, and about how many percent?

Vietnam entering the WTO will cause Vietnam's import/export policies to conform to WTO standards, which is a good thing for countrys and businesses trying to import products into Vietnam. If it goes as planned, foreign companies will not have to pay off government officials for their in-country shipments.
I'm not sure of laptop prices falling, because the prices I've compared are pretty good already. I'm sure you will see better quality laptops available at more competitive prices.
Long story short: Probabaly, but there is no guarantee.
