I'm going to say Bush. Not because of the war in Iraq. I don't necessarily think that was a good idea but it doesn't seem any worse than any of the other non-world wars we've gotten into. I think Bush is the worst because he doesn't care about our civil rights. He's trying to scare us into giving him absolute power by telling us otherwise the terrorists will get us. Every day you hear about the wiretapping scandals, or the Patriot Act, or some other scheme of Bush's to take away the freedom of the American people.

EASY Answer -- Clinton! After all, Monica-Gate, Whitewater-gate, all those times he sold the office of the presidency to special interest groups (and the way he purchased Hillary's NY Senate election), etc etc etc -- and this is NOT including he made America a Laughing Stock of the World, and the Damage he and his Administration did to the US Military Forces/Readiness --
Gee, I could go on forever -- hmmmm ... something else -- how about that nonsense of his Drug Use (namely Marijuana) where I guess he 'thinks' you are not a druggie if in his mind he did not Inhale?
Gosh ... too much to put here. This loser IS still getting a mighty big pension and other benefits as a former President of the US -- and does he deserve it? NO -- and as a taxpayer, I am appalled that he DOES get that money year after year!

I was gonna say fidel castro but scince you specified the U.S. i would have to say Richard Millhouse Nixon because he ransacked the democratic candidate and resigned before he could be a man and take the impeachment, and Geroge Walker Bush because he just a stpid imdividual for putting us in debt and getting us involved in war with the middle east. i thought it was important to explore the other presidents and not just bush. We all know that he is a jackass.

Jimmy Carter as that is when the terroist's got the impression that America was weak as Jimmy though a good man, had no backbone or spine. Also the economy was screwed up and the military was weak during his administration.

Bush because he first waged war against the wrong terrorist..Sure, he started off after Bin Laden, but made a uturn and went after Saddam...He should have went after Bin Laden first...Saddam would have still been there to be caught later...shame on Bush...many have died in vain...Bin Laden is still out there....
