i dont think it is ringworm because there isnt any marks but this does feel like a crawling feeling and it has been itching for atleast a month.it's not pink or marked at all.any suggestions?

It could be a lot of things, so it's hard to say. Have you tried Gold Bond? It works on a lot of different causes for itching. If that doesn't work, I would see a Doctor! No sense in suffering for that long.

Try miconazole, an antifungal, it won't hurt.
