Probably an Oak. My parents actually planted oaks for each of us when I was a small child. Mine is a live oak, good, strong and true, with many branches. .
Those oaks were the only ones to survive last year's hurricane. Almost all the other oaks in my parents' yard were torn up by the roots.
Plus, I'm a little nutty sometimes, and tend to attract a few squirrellies in my real life.

I'd be a Fur Tree, who grows strait and strong regardless of the elements and waits patiently through the winter months until springtime, when the other trees blossom out of their slumber to awake and stand with, their old friend ... "me." The Fur Tree.

A weeping willow. My daughter and granddaughter moved 1000 miles away this week and I have been doing a lot of weeping, so that is definitely my tree.
