I have been on prenatal vitamins for one year it is supposed to help but it can not hurt I feel good and I have tons of energy plus it makes your iron levels and your vitamin levels right. Eat lots of green veggies and drink a lot of water. I also got a fertility monitor by clear blue. Very expensive but it seems to help to know when your peek days are. I have been trying for a while but anything helps.good luck!

Just keep trying besides going to fertility doctors that’s all you really can do. There are various suggest methods but who knows if those work all the time. My cousin was telling me last week about a couple that goes to their church had been trying for 4 years, decided to adopt and 9months after they got their baby, found out she was pregnant. They say this often happens a couple will adopt a baby and then end up conceiving because they aren’t as worried about it anymore, if it happens it happens but they already have a child. Now they are blessed too have two beautifully children and have plans to adopt another in few years.

Go get the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" and learn your body's signals about your fertile times. Taking prenatals w/folic acid in them before conceiving is actually recommended to help prevent neutral tube defects. Green Tea, grapefruit juice, and small amounts of guiffanesan (I spelled it wrong, but it's cough syrup) all will thin out your cervical mucous to help provide a good environment for the little spermies to live in.
Fertilityfriend.com is an online charting site that has a wealth of information. You will learn a lot about your cycles if you start charting and temping. Good luck to you!

Right after your period is a good time like the day u get off of it try it then and when he gets his rocks off in you use a tampon to keep it in there's no way of coming out it got to go somewhere. Ps. it works i know it does . I'm 29 weeks pregnant so go figure. Good luck !

I tryed for quite awhile before I came out pregnant! The best is to just make sure you keep track of your ovulation dates! When you know your ovulating have sex as much as possible...AND DONT GET UP AFTER SEX...Wait around 20 minutes cause it can leak out! Good Luck!

Dont get up in a hurry after you have sex and go to the bathroom. This way it gives the sperm time to travel

You intend to commit a child into life without commiting to each other?
Sounds wayyy wrong somehow!
But if you don't already KNOW that, I'm very skeered for you.
If we gotta splain it, you won't understand :-(

don't be pressured.. give at least 2-3 weeks rest before you and your bf to make love again.
if you're a bit heavy, try to lose weight
