depends on what your trying to accomplish, if resale, then ebay and look under desktop computers, at the bottom of the list is "wholesale lots" I have bought quite a few lots of comps and ps2 and repaired them cheaply. If for personal use ebay again, and alot of local comp repair shops have used machines.
