Sweetie,First things first people can be a$$.And if u are a person that is popular because of your looks or personality with the opposite sex then that will make other jealous of u and make fun or tell there version of what u are to each other or who ever will listen cause they are envious of what u have and other than excepting.As a good person and that has a great sense of humor or whatever they have to make it something bad that u are doing that is getting u the attention that they are wanting.So sweetie all u can do is be u and those that really know u and care about u are the only ones u need to give 2 shi++s about.The others are to worried about what u got.So u don't need too.So just be u and
nonchalantly tell the rest o kiss it.lolol

Perhaps you are an easy target for them. Remember this though, the problem is with them and life will come to bite them in the end. In the meantime try and enjoy life by finding people like you such as in a sports or drama club. Always be kind and don't give them a reason to be mean. You could 1. ignore it 2. tell them to stop 3. walk away or 4. tell someone in authority. The other thing is let them get to know the real you, then they would find out you are not who they thought and you may make new friends too!

Some might be jealous of what you have, what you do, or who you are. Some might be jealous of what they think you might have. Maybe you are different than other people, that is not always a bad thing. I think alot of people, especially girls/women feel the need to conform to what others think they should be. That ends up with a bunch of females who pretty much seem to all be cut from the same boring cookie cutter. Be your own person and don't worry about what other people think or say. I know it is hard, I have been through alot of the same things. But, I just don't care. I am not on this earth to please other people. If people don't like me, then that is their loss. Just be tough and ignore them the best you can.

Maybe they are jealous. This can cause a girl/girls to be mean and spread rumors to make you look bad and hoping to turn people against you. It does not work, since a lot of people can see thru this.

It could be that they realize you are a wonderful person on the inside and a beautiful person on the out some people hate that misery loves company good luck

If the girls in question are between the ages of 12 and about 24, it's just the way it is. Don't worry...they grow out of it eventually (kind of.)

it can be because you treat them badly or did something they don't like. but my mom says that when someone is mean to you for no reason they are just jealous, i looked into that saying and turns out that it was pretty much true
