The north tower was hit first and the south tower second, so why did the south fall first? was that plance going faster than the one that hit the north tower?

Because it was hit lower therefore had more weight on the damaged section..

Because of the point of impact and the amount of heat that was generated from the burning gases...The 1st tower was hit more near center and higher as to where the second was hit lower and more to the side of the building....Due to the weight of the structure, and the location of the crash, is the cause of the second tower to fall first...
