It is very simple and I don't understand why ppl ask this question so often.

Marijuana can not be made legal because it is a drug that alters the mind and does harm to the body even when used in MODERATION.

In layman's terms, one beer does no harm to your body and does not get you high, whereas, one toke off of a joint does.

I've been asking that same question for years. I guess once it becomes legal, the profit margin goes down and the politicians won't be getting big kickbacks like they do now. Same goes for prostitution., more money to be made when it's illegal.

Take away it's illegality, and you greatly reduce the amount of profit, made by it, especially, when you consider the prison industry, which the Bush family has huge investments in!!!!

I don't believe in it personally, but I have thought the same thing.
I don't think it's any worse than alcohol.
Our state has ABC stores to help the hospital. I think they help by putting innocent people in the hospital.

Regulate it and ensure it's quality and purity...and tax it and sell it.

Stop wasting billions on enforcing dumb pot laws.
