I was very mature for my age by the time I was ten I was cooking and cleaning while my parents were at work. I started at like 8 1/2 so I was kinda grow by the time I was 13. Wasn't much they couldn't tell me to do since I grew up so fast. I think each person is different. I was allowed to pirece my ear how ever many times but I grew up not to get any thing on my body peirced or tats...Just each person is different I think

1-15, 2-15, 3-15, 4-depends, 5-15, 6-ugly, never, 7-18, 8-15. (something magical happens in a person's 15th year of life) body peircing should be done at the age of consent, as a parent i would not want to be responsible for that decision, i've seen horror stories.
