Fresh Alaskan lobster that's so fresh I can hear it scream when they drop it in the boiling water! With a main course like that, who needs dessert? But, I suppose I could have a couple of chocolate liquers to get the sound of the screaming lobster out of my head, lol.

Smoked salmon.

filet mignon w/ bernaise sause, baked potatoe w/ sour cream and chives
nice red wine
vanilla ice cream with fresh raspberries and Frambois.

Main- My dad's fried chicken, my mom's 'peas and rice', fresh corn on the cob and freash asparagus, steamed.
