i seriously suck at acrostic poems and i need help

i have the word RATIONALIZE
and each letter has to stand for something in the word. like rationalize mean to make up excuses for no work.

i only got one so far
R - relieing on lies to get out of work

it has to be 3 + words for each letter

anyone want to help me?
