Why is it???

Why is it that NO ONE ever truly ANSWERS a question on here? I don't mind reading opinions, IF they serve to answer the question. However, it seems to me that few people ever answer the actual question. If you ARE of the type to truly answer a question, by all means read and answer the two that I have open right now. I will only award a best answer to a person who gives an ANSWER.
